Please complete the following questions to be considered for the 2023 RLCC Holiday Feeding/Toy Initiative.

NOTE: Picture identification for the applicant and at least one form of verification for your child will be required to pick up your items. Items will not be distributed to anyone other than the applicant or the registered pickup person. There will be NO on site registration available.
